Retailer and Processor License

This standard applies to retailers that wish to label processed or cooked product, (for example smallgoods, sausage, hams) that is produced using PROOF certified raw ingredients, as PROOF Certified. In addition to processed or cooked product, this standard applies to the use of the PROOF logo to promote a business as a provider of PROOF certified unprocessed meat and eggs.

Note: It is not necessary to hold a License to sell PROOF certified product when only the individual certified farm is promoted.  For any retail outlet or processor that wishes to use the PROOF trademark to promote their product or store or on packaging, a license agreement must be in place.
